• We will source and screen relevant candidates after a conversation and after gaining a deep understanding of your role and your unique company with your hiring manager.

Retained Recruiting

Great for companies filling multiple roles or wanting to build a bench of qualified candidates

We offer an agreed-upon hourly rate and require a retainer fee upfront. This is an excellent choice for companies trying to fill multiple roles. We can bill Monthly or within your terms.

• Your role(s) can be placed on premium job boards like LinkedIn and other relevant sites.

• We can advertise your role(s) multiple times on our Social Media Channels

• Weekly updates on our progress and candidate(s) status

• Typically, we’ll work on an Exclusive basis - The agency works exclusively on the role, meaning we get to be the only firm working on it for the first 90 days.

• Free replacement as long as you have us on a monthly retainer
